In-Office Treatment

Next, your dentist will apply a bleaching solution to your teeth that contains hydrogen peroxide. A laser is then used to activate the solution. Depending on your needs this process may be repeated, whitening your smile several shades in as little as an hour.
Take-Home Kits
Our Nashville dental practice offers Opalescence® take-home whitening kits, which offer professional whitening in the comfort of your own home using customized trays. We also offer Opalescence Go™, which uses preformed trays. Both kits use powerful hydrogen peroxide whitening solutions, and patients often see results in as few as three treatments. These kits are best for mild-to-moderate staining or discoloration.
